The Nyllao3D workshop: designed, printed and packed in one place

A 3D printing workshop, printers that run after each order, and objects worth keeping: useful every day, or simply good to look at.

Why a workshop rather than a warehouse

Nyllao3D grew out of a habit: fixing and improving everyday objects instead of replacing them. A broken clip, a missing holder, a messy drawer. 3D printing makes it possible to draw the exact part, test it, and redo it until it holds. The same workshop now prints decorative pieces, figurines and multi-colour objects, with the same demands on the finish.

Every piece is 3D printed, here

The shop does not sit on stock. Each piece is printed after your order, in the material and colour you chose. That is slower than a warehouse, and it is a deliberate choice: the production time is shown on every product page before you order, and nothing is made only to end up in a skip.

Designed, printed, checked and packed in one place

Drawing the models, printing, checking each piece and packing it all happen in the same workshop. A piece that fails inspection is reprinted, not shipped.

A shop of our own, to move away from marketplaces

Selling direct means answering your questions ourselves, knowing which orders are in progress, and improving the models with your feedback. If a piece gave you trouble, the best thing you can do is say so: that is how the models get better.

From an idea to your letterbox

  1. 1. An idea or a need

An object that is missing, a part that breaks, or simply a piece someone wants on a shelf.

  2. 2. Design and testing

The model is drawn, printed, put to use and corrected before it enters the shop.

  3. 3. Printing after your order

Your object is started in the colour you chose, within the time shown on the page.

  4. 4. Inspection and dispatch

The piece is checked, packed and shipped with a tracking number.

Three choices that do not change

A material chosen for the use

One material for indoor objects, another for parts that take heat, sunlight or knocks. The product page says what the piece can handle, and why.

Every piece inspected

No piece leaves without being checked. A print defect is redone, not slipped into the parcel.

Someone who actually makes it

Your questions reach the person who designs and prints the pieces, not an outsourced support desk.
