Your message
A question about a piece, a specific need, an order in progress: your message goes straight to the workshop and the reply comes from the person who makes the pieces. If it concerns an order, include the order number to save a round trip. Allow one to two working days for a reply.
Before you write, three shortcuts
An order in progress
The tracking number and production status are in your confirmation email and in your account.
A common question
Lead times, materials, care, delivery, returns: the answers are already on the FAQ page.
A piece to adapt
Describe the use and give the useful dimensions in your message: the workshop will tell you whether it is feasible and on what terms.
An object to adapt, an idea for a piece
The catalogue is made of pieces designed for needs spotted in the workshop or reported by customers. If an existing model does not quite fit your situation, a length, a diameter, a slot for a specific device, it is worth saying so: some adaptations are simple, others are not, and you get a straight answer either way.
What helps us answer quickly
Describe the intended use, where the piece will go, and any dimensions you were able to measure. A photo of the spot or of the broken part is often worth more than a long description.
What the workshop does not do
No copies of protected parts, and no objects meant for food contact or safety-critical use. For everything else, just ask: when the answer is no, it comes with the reason.
