Thirty files cover every common combination: six board thicknesses crossed with five wall gaps. There is a file for your exact situation, not a compromise.
The gap first: slide a ruler behind the radiator and measure the horizontal distance to the wall. Then the thickness of the board you will lay on top. Those two figures point to one file in the table provided.
Thirty STL files. Six board thicknesses, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 30 mm, crossed with five wall gaps, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm. A text file gives the print settings and the full selection table.
The gusset holds the board 60 mm above the radiator. Warm air rises between the two, and your board rests on nothing hot.

You print the part yourself: its strength depends on your printer, your filament and your settings. Test it empty before trusting it with anything. Light loads only, three kilos maximum. PLA softens on a hot radiator, use ASA, PETG or ABS instead.
