Your towel rail is short of hooks, you own a printer, and you want neither to drill the tiles nor to buy hardware.
Four parts to print and the hook is complete, screw included. Measure the spacing of your tubes, take the matching pair of plates, print.
Measure the spacing between two neighbouring tubes, centre to centre, and the tube diameter. The hook is made for round tubes of 18 to 22 mm. It does not fit flat panel radiators.
Eight STL files and a settings file. The Y hook and the knurled screw never change. The front and back plates come in three spacings: 40, 45 and 50 mm. You print four parts for one complete hook.
The screw is printed too. You buy nothing else.

You print the part yourself: its strength depends on your printer, your filament and your settings. Test it empty before trusting it with anything. Light loads only, three kilos maximum. PLA softens on a hot radiator, use ASA, PETG or ABS instead.
